Ever since I was a kid I spent much time in this country. Back in my childhood we often visited friends at the Milstätter See in Carinthia. Later I did visit the citys of Vienna, Innsbruck and Salzburg. Today my hiking turs often bring me to Tyrol. I love this breathtaking and impressive mountain scenery that is forming this country. And, of course, the great regional food.

During my day hikes that I make from Munich I start often in Germany. The border is most of the time not recognisable. The best indicator that shows you that you are in Tyrol is mostly the food that is being served at the cabins.
