Italy is a country I started exploring pretty late. Allthough this country, where the lemon trees are blooming, has so much to offer. Of course I love the Alto Adige/Südtirol due to its impressive mountains. But the lakes of upper italyand the Piemont did take my breath away. I found Rome very interesting due to its trillions of historic sites. Venice I visited in winter since there aren’t taht many tourists there.That was a wise decision. This enabled me to visit this beautiful city in tranquillity.
